Amazing app! I use it everyday to schedule and plan my day. It would be cool though if you could see the weather in the app, maybe that’s just me, I don’t know.

Bridging the gap between iCal, Notes and Reminders in the Apple universe. Not a replacement but the greatest hub for getting things done. Love it and wont go back to my life without Sorted on my Mac, iPad and iPhone.

Nice but unintuitive

The app is aesthetically pleasing and has many useful features. On the interactive side though lacks user friendly interface and experience. It is inconsistent: for example the bottom “done” is on the right upper corner but sometimes it is in the lower part of the window. Menu icons are not intuitive and it takes time sometimes to understand them.The size of some text is way smaller, despite setting it to a higher size. I hope it gets updated in the future.

After trying at least one zillion calendar, task managing and workflow apps. For me this really works. Not just the first two weeks but for several months. It doesn't ever make duplicates if not asked to. It has a “repeat after completion” setting. It’s clean and beautiful. It’s quite intuitive. It has good info on both why and how to use it. It’s taking less time for planning and filling than most. Of course there’s always ways the app can grow and improve. My workflow would love a way to import a bunch a photos (of screens, trix to work on with the dog, plants to repot, holes in clothes etc) and make each an inbox item. Without having to schedule, descriptions. Maybe an option to chose a duration and a marking for urgency (NOW!, later today, this week, before x/x and sometime). But that may be a thing for me and nobody else. And maybe a way to make a energy budget - not just the ordinary time budget. So auto schedule get better information on how to blend things in. But really. I’m content. Finally I have something that works and is sustainable. That’s pure relief

Thanks for the kind review and suggestions.I would suggest to check out tags. You can use it for setting context, like when to work on them, or the energy levels. Later on, you can simply pull the related tasks out of the tag list in the sidebar.Harry

Thanks for the kind review and suggestions.I would suggest to check out tags. You can use it for setting context, like when to work on them, or the energy levels. Later on, you can simply pull the related tasks out of the tag list in the sidebar.Harry
