Can’t syncronise
If I make up a route on my iPhone or iPad using the MyDrive app I can’t syncronise end hence send it to my Rider 550. If I use a computer (pc) it works well. I don’t bring a computer when I go on motorbike holiday…

Hey there, this is not the kind of experience we aim to provide, and we sincerely regret the hassle caused to you. To resolve this issue please, delete the Bluetooth pairings from the device and smartphone, restart the smartphone and TomTom device, then perform a fresh pairing and test or you can connect your device directly to the phone without the app as suggested in the given link, https://bit.ly/2Zlgyux & for route planning you can try the web version of MyDrive - https://mydrive.tomtom.com/ ^Harry
No commection with Live trafic serrvice iOs 11.2.6
Hu. My Via 53 has connection to my iPhone but it will not give the live traffic services. It says it had the connection with Call , but not data transfer. It worked fine before the latest update on iOs.
My Via53 seems to be working fine when connected to home WiFi.
Also The MyDrive app does not recognise connection to the tomtom unit, even thou the tomtom
shows Bluetooth connection to my iPhone. Please make update so that the traffic/live services will work again! Why should we pay subscription money otherwise?
My mobile: iPhone SE , iOS 11.2.6
Via53 was reset to factory and updated yet again but still now connection as of today 2018-03-17

Hey there,
We're sorry to hear the connection between MyDrive and your Via 53 hasn't functioned properly. If device doesn't get any traffic information via the app, please see if this helps: Uninstall MyDrive app -> Factory reset device -> Restart phone and device -> Install MyDrive app -> Connect devices again
