Missing information
I was looking through a few different multi-day tours in the iPad app and was super frustrated that none of them listed any details on the itinerary until I realised that they do; but only on the web! I’ll likely not use the iPad app again until this is fixed. To me details about the tour is crucial information to book!
Worst booking experience in my life
I only booked the tour through Viator because I couldn’t find an alternative site. They promised me a discount which didn’t work and each time I asked for a solution they wanted me to call them. I ended up spending 30 dollars in phone fees to call them more then double then what the discount would have been. I feel like an idiot for the time and money I spent on them and they answered quickly each time but never solving the issue and polite none answers.
