ViewCam allows you to view live video and audio from IP cameras (also known as network cameras or IP surveillance cameras). ONVIF support ensures that ViewCam can work with virtually all IP cameras on the market, and also many hardware NVRs (Network Video Recorders), such as Dahua, Hikvision and Amcrest models. Additional features include instant replay of recent video, image capture, group windows, live audio, and camera control (PTZ - Pan/Tilt/Zoom - and image controls like sharpness and focus). The main features of ViewCam are: - Supports virtually all IP cameras (Axis, Vivotek, Canon, Dahua, Hikvision etc.) - Supports USB, Thunderbolt and FaceTime cameras and other Mac-compatible video devices - View all cameras in one window, each camera in its own window, or in user-defined group windows - Instant replay feature to replay recent video, or save it as a movie file - Digital Pan/Tilt/Zoom for all cameras - Mechanical Pan/Tilt/Zoom (PTZ) support for cameras with this feature - Camera adjustments like brightness, contrast, sharpness and focus - AI-powered motion detection with visual feedback in video windows - Streaming and playback of live audio from cameras - Save still images from any camera to your Mac - Hardware-accelerated video processing for high performance and low resource usage - Supports all industry-standard IP surveillance communication protocols (ONVIF, RTSP, HTTP, HTTP-over-RTSP) - Supports all standard video/audio codecs (JPEG, MJPEG, MxPEG, H.264, H.265, AAC, PCM, G.711 etc.) - Works as a live viewer for the premier macOS CCTV software SecuritySpy (securityspy.com) This software operates as a fully-featured trial for 14 days, after which you must make an in-app purchase to continue to use it.
