Fraudulent company

They charged for subscription I choose (4 months) and in addition adding 1 year subscription that I did not choose. App does not comply with eu regulation : not sending receipts, no information about subscription, ability to cancel subscription, no ability to automatically remove your private information. Customer service is not responsive nor helpful, answering through scripted generic templates the same information without reading and answering questions in the inquiry.
The company not just overcharged me by their will, but also rejected to comply with eu customer protection law to revert internet purchase during 14 days from purchase.
