Ratings and Reviews
Very buggy
The whole system crashed once and I was not allowed to claim my voucher, and it was going to expire the next day. It was the only reason I went to Genki that day.
The Q-system is always buggy also. Once you Q up, and go to a different page, the whole thing fails to load and you can’t see how many people are in the Q anymore.
can’t sign up
after 20 mins and multiple tries i still can’t sign up because the system keeps prompting me on the criteria needed for the password. but i ensures that my password fulfilled all the criteria needed. i randomly came up with one and managed to go in, they prompted for an OTP, which again i keyed in correctly and tried multiple times but they then said that my password had a problem again, and that the OTP was incorrect. if there’s a problem with the sign up for membership, what’s the point of this app or the membership system????
Unfixed bug diminish the value of loyalty program
App works fine when you try to get a queue number, but page stops updating the wait list after a while. I have missed my queue a few times and have to wait longer because the app fails to load. I was also not notified on SMS when it’s about my turn. This persistent bug that the team has not fixed despite feedback has greatly diminished the perks of being in Genki Club, so why would I spend more to be in Premium?
