App works fine when you try to get a queue number, but page stops updating the wait list after a while. I have missed my queue a few times and have to wait longer because the app fails to load. I was also not notified on SMS when it’s about my turn. This persistent bug that the team has not fixed despite feedback has greatly diminished the perks of being in Genki Club, so why would I spend more to be in Premium?

after 20 mins and multiple tries i still can’t sign up because the system keeps prompting me on the criteria needed for the password. but i ensures that my password fulfilled all the criteria needed. i randomly came up with one and managed to go in, they prompted for an OTP, which again i keyed in correctly and tried multiple times but they then said that my password had a problem again, and that the OTP was incorrect. if there’s a problem with the sign up for membership, what’s the point of this app or the membership system????

what the hell is the point of this app that doesn’t work AT ALL?! made me update the app and had to refresh 3 times just to make a click and collect order, finally got to the final order page and it made me pay AT CASHIER?! where the hell was the Apple Pay payment option?? the whole point of click and collect on the app is to order in advance! not order and stand at the freaking outlet to wait especially on a weekend evening! FIX THIS!!!

Please improve your App interface with Iphone. No one has the time to remember his/her complicated password when you set high password requirements. The only time people really need to use the app is when people are making payment, but the app occasionally logs us out. It can be very vexing to try to remember a password/reset it when you are in a cashier queue with people behind you. There is no autofill password/FaceID interface, which could help to make things much better.
