Checked that membership expires on 4/3, logged in on 4/3 to renew (forgot to do it on 3/3), found out that membership already expired. Had enough points to redeem $35 off, which is now all gone.
Would be great if the app had a 'help' button, or if email reminders went sent to remind of membership expiry.

Actually this app is much better than to rely on the service staffs to take our order. Customers can order directly from it, unlike last time when we had to try hard to catch the attention of the staffs. May I suggest that you add a “help” function, as my credit card had long expired and I don’t know where to change a new card detail. Even the helpful cashiers I approached were unable to find where to edit the details.

Terrible UX and UID that doesn’t quite follow industry norms for an app. The ordering process was a torture. They made it mandatory to download this app to place an order. Navigation was a problem , and you can’t even leave a remark or note. Staff have to do it manually by going into the kitchen which was worse than the POS system before the pandemic.

Hopefully the dev put at least some effort into the whole user experience or at least try.
