I ordered a small ribs soup at Funan on the 7th of December, Saturday. Then I got 3 very small and short ribs which are only about one half inch each. This meal cost $7.80, which means each rib costs $2.60!😱😱😱I got shocked and asked the waiter about it, he told me because I didn’t order promotion(what!?)then I paid the bill and at the same time talked to the counter. I got no response until I told them that I will take photo and make a complain against them. Which then made them gave me a bowl for free after I paid the bill and was about to leave! Their business way and attitude is unbelievably bad and so unfair to their customers. I will never go to this restaurant again.

A regular at the restaurant, but first time using mobile app to place order. Was notified on the app that my order was successfully sent to the kitchen, however noted food was served to customers who arrived after us. Approached the staff and they said there were no pending orders (at all) in the kitchen. One of the staff later acknowledged my order after going behind the cashier counter to check. I don’t know how the system works, but it seems like orders through this app does not go directly to the kitchen. Such of waste of time.

The process of ordering is simply horrible.

Firstly Why would you force your customers to download your app just to make an order? Literally not user friendly , user experience wasn’t thought through.

Secondly there wasn’t even CLEAR Instructions that we need to download the app to make an order, just blatantly sticking two stickers on the table expecting the whole world to know what you’re saying.

Honestly this is the worse user experience someone can give to a customer if i could give a 0 star i would.
