App full of bugs and glitches

For those experiencing login issues while using SingPass - for instance you always have to login when you use the app, I suggest that you do not use SingPass, create a normal account and login instead (all your passes and credits will remain). It did solve the bug for me, hope it does for you as well 👍🏻

[NONETHELESS] Perhaps one of the worst apps that I’ve came across. I understand that in view of COVID, booking becomes mandatory, but the process of booking through the app is full of bugs and glitches - it seems that the server has issues when people are booking so it always says that my selection has been booked (or phrased along that line). Furthermore, after a long and tedious war of getting a slot, the payment process has its bugs and glitches as well - after keying in the PIN number, it tells me that there is an error in the booking parameter/ missing ID. I haven’t had a smooth booking session while using the app yet, even after using the app for a couple of months.

This app should be named as “Active Singaporean”

This is the first time in my life seeing this policy, a pr or Singaporean can book a court one day in advance than other people, which left almost no court every time to those people who have work permit or study permit. Excellent. And, the most terrible thing is native users can even see if there is any slots available in nearby sports hall, while there is nothing on the non native people’s screen. Wonderful. I have to select(go in, search, then exit) each sports hall one by one two weeks ahead on 7 am every time to find an available court. It just gave me a full list of sports hall, but most of them does not even have one slot available. Totally wast of time. Is it too hard for you to implement a filter that only shows those sports hall with any available slots?

Bad UI & Horrible Experience

I have been trying to sign up my child for a program, 3 calls and 2 visits later I still can’t. Child accounts have a concept of being a separate account, with their own wallet and their own wallet pin but they have to be tagged to a parent account.

Once the account is tagged to a parent account, the other parent or child can’t access it and the only way is to physically go to an office to do the tagging.

The child account’s wallet has it’s own unique pin and it cannot be reset using the parents account or the child accounts itself. For adult accounts this reset can be done online. But for child account one must physically go to the office. Reason :- even though the account is tagged to a parents account, the child’s wallet pin can’t be reset because the child account is not allowed to have its own email or phone number.

So a parent can reset the pin if they go to the office in person but there is no way to reset the child account pin online.

I am sure many parents have faced this. The entire experience has been horrible and customer journey has been completely disregarded while designing the app.
