Latest version is buggy
There is a persistent badge on the app that does not go away even after all the notifications have been read. I have removed all notifications for the app now as there is no way to remove the notification badge.
Severe Failure as of 2019
The attempt to link Singpass, myInfo, Facebook & ActiveSG resulted in an app without a definitive method of access.
This resulted in complications in...
1. Logging in
Difficulty in identifying the right platform, even when trying to activate one touch, there could be no password as it was linked via the Singpass.
With an additional “eWallet”, Cash Top-Up, and auto crediting system; another over-doing it. Is this a necessary system? To hold onto the cash value in their account when all systems in place can just charge as required via standard card payment? Beginning to question the motives of ActiveSG.
3. Booking of facilities
This entire app is intended for this, however due to the try hard interface with the addition of one-touch booking, it does not serve its purpose as it is inflexible to the day & timing adjustments whenever the desired courts are not available, which is happening all the time.
Congratulations on this huge failure & investment. Humongous national screwup.
Most horrible User Interface design for a government body
After the last update, the UI was worst than the previous one. Not that the former was good, it was already bad enough.
Trying too hard to be kiddish but please know there are many senior citizen also using.
To buy a ticket one have to scroll multiple pages to get to buy and pay and only to go back those steps to get to home and scroll again to find where is the bloody ticket that was just bought and then open up the QR image. What productivity has this app brought? Absolutely nil!
