I booked an appointment for a medical checkup.I have not received any notifications, and the clinic has not responded to me since last week when I made the appointment and payment. I need confirmation of my appointment status.Customer service Asking me to WhatsApp to other numbers which no one responded.I cannot call hotlines to check the status of my appointment if not need to refund. Both was not done.

Had to use 1Doc. However I was told on the message on screen that I could only reset my password through the Slide App. Guess what, Slide didnt allow me to reset my password too. Prompting me an error that I tried too many times. WHAAAT?
