This is my first review on the App Store and I am definitely not proud to give a 1-star review alongside this negative commentary. I feel it is necessary to give a true reflection of the app experience to potential users. As already echoed by many others who gave negative reviews here, the revamp of the app in its current version made by the developer is totally terrible. To elaborate, the activities to earn points serve no genuine purpose and users are now receiving lesser points. There are many examples of this as shared by other reviewers. Moreover, like many others, my points were deducted by the developer and team for a significant amount due to system issues on separate occasions and there was no apology or background for the inconvenience. Overall, the new revamp made the app totally less enjoyable. To the developer and team, please have the conscience and make the effort to listen to users, who have been using this application religiously, and fix the problems or revert back to the original version.

I loved the original app which is very focused on the exercise regime. It actually prompted me to exercise regularly and the app has actually improved my health and fitness. Meanwhile, i also believe th rewards in the original app is abit too generous and may not be able to sustain for long runFor the the new app, it has many different activities and events. Too many until instead of focusing to get fit and healthy, i exercised lesser and is more focus on typing more words to get those points. The rewards system is also ending up to the other extreme vs the original app which is quite disappointingA lot of my friends has decided to drop out of this program due to be above 2 reasons. I think it is a pity and much can be done to improve the app and make it fun and enjoyable to us again. Cheers!

Workout result not captured

Updated with the latest version this week, apparently for the workout session, where I have completed my HIIT activities, it does not captured my points reward for this. Only managed to clock in once even though same HIIT exercise was done. Stayed active throughout and my Apple Watch didn’t prompt anything that it capture stoppage. Unfortunately, if this continues I will stop supporting or using Lumi because it is demotivating, this app is supposed to motivate myself to stay active and healthy both mentally and physically, but if it constantly not being able to capture the correct status, it lost the meaning to it. The pioneer version used to be so helpful to keep myself active.

LumiHealth will conclude on 31 May 2026. Existing users can redeem their earned coins and convert them to eVouchers until 30 April 2026, and spend the eVouchers until they expire or by 31 May 2026, whichever comes first.
