Improved by leaps and bounds!
Need to check on the payment processing though coz I paid and system still showing unpaid. And I think i made a double payment because system prompted to make payment after I made a successful transaction. Need to check back my statement so that I can claim for my repeated payment made. Otherwise, I’m a happy user of HealthHub!
Bad Gateway after three attempts to book appt
Super slow system (both website and apps) which I believe is done by one single developer. Can’t believe a government nation based use medical system is so badly designed. As there is requirement of booking appointments only on the day of visit . So I have to wait till 12am to make appt. however as I tried for close to 15min on website it doesn’t proceed after I declare no fever or cough etc. That is after I made multiple attempt to proceed with an ever still page,. After I lost hope of website I downloaded the apps hoping that it would be smoother. Slightly better than website but also take 30s or more for every click to move to next step. Best is after declaration it is given bad gateau message .. made three attempts with each attempts take about 5 min. I give up..
Viewing lab results
Lab results do not show dates on the main page. Really difficult to compare results or see trends. Back button takes back to the main page and you have to scroll again to see which results you last viewed. For someone who does the same kind of lab tests on regular basis, this is very difficult. Imagine having 10 lab test results with the same heading on the cover page, with no dates of test taken! Have given feedback before but team has not taken action and they reply making it sound like it’s not possible to have it organized in that manner.
Other than this feature, most of the other aspects of the app is user friendly.
