Unable to log in at times.

Quite a number of times, had difficulties logging in. Various messages are then displayed asking to contact the help desk or write in to seek assistance. The auto reply that the message was received was immediate, however, one has to wait a few days for a solution on the matter.
On the positive side, this app serve as a reminder and checklist for my medical appointments.
Use this app to record my daily blood pressure, but, could not do it on a daily basis because of the intermittent difficulties in logging in.
Hope improvements can be made asap.

Great features but usability is lacking

This is a great app that consolidated everything nicely but it is not that user friendly
1) need to key in Singpass every time to log in to see rewards. I find it weird that we have to key in Singpass just to view rewards even if we aren’t redeeming anything! If you accidentally click go back, you’ll have to key in Singpass again
2) when keying in SingpassOTP, you have to tap each “”-“ space separately to key in a new number. You can’t just type 9876 or something, you have to tap the “-“, key in 9, then tap “-“ and key in 8. It’s Super annoying !! Something small like that just infuriates you because it is so user unfriendly

Recently updated app

Noticed the developers has added more features to the app.

A bit of getting used to. Just wished they kept some of the more used buttons out front like lab tests. It’s very important for those who wish to be updated on tests results such as sars-cov-2.

It would be great if the user could customise commonly used buttons and the “More HealthHub Services >” button should be enlarged at the bottom. I kept on missing that button as I was looking for some of the previous features that was out front in the previous iteration of the app.
