App team, pls read!
The app updates haven't taken up the good suggestions of previous reviewers. Clearly improvement to lab resuslts needed. Terribly difficult to compare results as 1) not all dates of tests show up on index page and 2) back button takes back to latest results and not the last viewed results.
Another bugbear is the Queue Status function as it is grossly INACCURATE and caused much inconvenience. Why have it at all then?
Otherwise there are many good points to the app - manages appts well, easy to make payments etc. This could be a really great resource for all users. But really app team, do read the reviews to get there.
Urgent: Payment Processing Issue on HealthHub Platform

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my concern and dissatisfaction with a critical issue I encountered on the HealthHub platform. Recently, I attempted to make a payment using my debit card. Unfortunately, after entering all the necessary payment details and submitting the information, I was met with a blank screen. There was no confirmation, no error message, just a complete lack of response from the system.
This experience has been not only frustrating but also disappointing, as it reflects a lack of thorough testing and quality assurance before the platform’s features were made live. The absence of a smooth, functioning payment process raises concerns about the reliability and user-friendliness of the HealthHub platform, which is crucial for accessing important health services and information.
I kindly request that the team investigates this issue as a matter of urgency. Ensuring that the payment system is fully operational is essential for maintaining trust and satisfaction among your users. I also suggest that future updates or features undergo more rigorous beta testing with real user scenarios to prevent such inconveniences.

PLS FIX IT!!!
I’m signed up as my mom’s caregiver and have always had access to her medical info from lab results to managing her appointments and medications. Then all of a sudden I’m locked out of accessing her medications. “No access granted” - when everything else I am able to access except medications. So now I can’t order her meds for her when they run out!! Asked me to see useless faq page that doesn’t address the issue. What on earth is happening??!? ?? ?? ? ? . Also, why are ttsh appointments not shown on the appointment main screen, instead need to go to “manage appointments” to load another screen then ttsh appts show up. . ……. Too many flaws in this app. And don’t get me started on whats the point of having password log in when it can’t give full access and must be redirected to open singpass app to log in.
