ALL GOOD EXCEPT THE TRACKERS PROVIDED FOR SEASON 4 ARE ALL FAULTY

The program keeps our family going for 10,000 steps each day. The serious problem is that all the free Axtro trackers that we collected for season 4 are faulty just about 6 months from first use. The trackers cannot pick up the MVPA after a while or the batteries cannot be recharged. Went to the service centre at Centrepoint to get replacement for all 4 trackers on a few occasions when the same problem recur. In November 2019 the service Center personnel did not want to give anymore replacement even though it is still under warranty.

It is also sad to see so many senior citizens were at the service centre with the same issues. It is so frustrating when we are already halfway into the program. Hope HPB can be more thorough and provide trackers that do work.

Bugs found in version 6.27.2

I updated my version from 6.10.3 but very disappointed to see that 1) the search in Explore->Event does not display the result by date. No matter which date you choose for the search (yes, when you first arrive to this page, you could still choose the date from the top row like 6.10.3. But when the results of search is displayed, you can only see from “today” till the end of available dates, and the date selection in the top row disappeared), the result will only show from “today” onwards and till the end of available dates 2) in the “explore-<event” display, it does not display those activities that are full, which misled the user to think that the supported activities are only those few. Please include all the activities offered, be it full or not 3) in the “explore-<event” display, it does not support the display by date; it only show from “today” onwards till the end of available dates whether you like it or not. So you will have to scroll and scroll and scroll inorder to reach a date that is 3-4 weeks from “today”. So please refer to the search function in 6.10.3. It is so much more efficient and logical compare to 6.27.2

Dont expect to get updates on last minute cancellation of workout events on the app

I have sent my complaint/ feedback to HPB and the vendor regarding a last minute cancellation of a class which was not reflected on the app. Wasted my time and money to be there only to find out trainer had cancelled the class. Reply given was an apology for inconvenience caused because if it is a case of last minute cancellation by the trainers (due to wet weather or unsafe venue conditions), there will be no way to update via the app of the status to the participants (20min before start of class). You have to either volunteer your PERSONAL number to the vendor to be in an informal chatgroup so you can get timely updates and not waste your trip down; or make your way down to the venue to find that the class is cancelled. First time participants can pray that your first lesson is not cancelled at the last minute because you likely will waste your time travelling down. I am not sure if the app development unit will get my feedback which is why I am leaving this review here so that the developers can review this in their next system enhancement update.
