Minmed Connect 4+

VERY VERY VERY doesn't recommend Minmed Group..
I thought I would receive my medicine in about 30-45 minutes when I picked up the order, and it was past the budget time and I still haven't received it! I understand that there may be many people waiting to receive medicines like me, so I had to call the delivery agent and they told me that I was still waiting because there was still an order to be delivered!
30 minutes later and still no receipt! Finally waited 1 hour by 12am to receive my medicine. Really desperate! I thought viedoconsult would save the time of queuing, but what I didn't expect was that the time to see the doctor was very fast, but it took 6-8 hours for the delivery of medicine! If I knew it was like this, I would rather wait in line for 2-3 hours at the clinic near my home and not be so angry! I will never use this app viedoconsult again! When you are sick, you need to take medicine and rest, but you have to suffer so much and wait for delivery!!!🤬🤬🤬

The app does not work for some functions and asks for information that is not relevant. After a health screening with work, the free consultation had to be booked via the app, this could not be done without giving your credit card details even though no payment is required.

The service when contacting Minmed is poor. I had to email to schedule an appointment that I had already paid for as it for some reason could not be done on the app. They only gave me a 3 hour time slot over a couple of days to choose from, I asked for other timings and indicated a weekend where I would be free one day in the morning, I then received an email with an appointment confirmation for a specific time on the Saturday which had not been mentioned, nor had I agreed to it.

Some staff that I have contacted by WhatsApp and email have been friendly and attempted to be helpful despite giving conflicting information, other staff have been quite rude and unhelpful.

Only used this company as it has partnered with my work for free screening and I decided to top up and pay for a few extra checks. Definitely would not use again and do not recommend for others if you have a choice.

Very bad experience. Booked Tele-Art appointment and when the time comes to connect to the doctor, the app showed error message “something is wrong”, after which it showed i have missed my appointment. To reschedule, it’s another day again which obviously i was unable to wait due to time constraint. According to the website, technical support is available on Telegram but when I checked telegram, it says group does not exist!
The whatsapp number is a robot and said an agent is connecting but it was only hours later, someone replied. By then it was too late!
I searched for other brands and managed to book one fortunately and did it with no hiccups.
Minmed needs to improve on its app as it is not trustable at all.
Booked it but is unable to even connect.
