Going far and beyond their service standards, by far the best teleconsult app!

Hear me out. I work for another teleconsult company and I humbly admit that WC is my direct competitor. My baby was down with diarrhoea for 4 days and I decided to use WC for the reason knowing that GP do see baby below 2. I consulted Dr Wee Hide - best decision ever. Honestly, assuring exp when you got a screaming diarrhoea baby and she is still so professional. Second, I only got the option next day delivery option but I can’t wait till next day so I emailed in via their contact us function on their web. I got a reply in THREE MINS. 1. They change my delivery from next day and expedited it. 2. They updated it to be EXPRESS and 3. I receive the medicine and everything else within 1 hour from CONSULT TILL MEDICINE all without extra charge. To be honest, even my app doesn’t fulfil that. I’m VERY impressed.

Lastly this is the part where I didn’t get a memo from the doctor and email in the next day. Guess what, she wrote a memo within 10 mins of my email. This ops team is superOps or what. You guys really solve user issues I’m so proud of you and the app.
(BTW I love the simple uxui)
I can’t openly post this on my social media though I really want to but thank you thank you thank you for delivering the best service and solving my pain points.

Efficient and Professional Service/App

Recommended! Tried out Whitecoat’s tele-consultation services a couple of times recently, and have to say this is now my preferred mode over physical visits to the clinic. Was earlier sceptical on seeing a doctor over a video conference, but the doctors here that I have encountered thus far are meticulous, and were able to diagnose my issues professionally. There was also almost no waiting time to link up with my attending doctor, medications reached my doorstep within three hours. Great service for not-so-serious ailments that do not require physical examination/tests. Goodbye to long waits/queue-time at physical clinics!

Lousy and appalling service

Wanted to do a supervised ART test but was prompted by their app to do a teleconsult with a GP to get a referral letter. Paid $50+ and when I could book the supervised ART, it shows only the earliest time slots next day at 10am when I’m already covid positive in the evening the day before. I’d to go to the isolation facility asap thus the reason for a teleconsult. The app should have allowed us to check the timings before doing a teleconsult. In the end, I’d to go down to a physical clinic which was way more convenient. To add on, the lady who called me about this issue - her attitude was way too atrocious. She insisted that there’re no complains on this thus it’s not an issue LOL? To think of it, people might have got no choice to wait for ART the next day as they’ve already paid for the GP teleconsult right since it’s $50+ right? Do use at your own risk as the customer team seems to have rather bad in dealing with situations. If she could have empathized with my situation and offered solutions or improvements moving forward, I might have let the issue slide. But no, she was just rude and didn’t let me speak the whole time until I’d to raise my voice. She also asked me to go ahead to use other apps next time lol 😂
