Plan a journey:
- Find the best route to your destination, anywhere in France
- Find all your favorite modes of transport: public transport in Paris and Ile-de-France (IDFM network) and in 28 cities throughout France (metro, bus, streetcar, RER, Transilien SNCF, RATP), trains (TER, Intercités, TGV INOUI, OUIGO Grande Vitesse and Train Classique, TGV Lyria, Eurostar (ex-Thalys), DB SNCF...), coaches (Flixbus, Blablacar Bus) and carpooling (Blablacar).
- Schedule reservation alerts, low-price alerts and full-train alerts to find the train ticket that's right for you

The SNCF Connect app is really bad. I can’t list here all the incoherences and poorly-designed features, but here are a few: - when you enter a location, by default they should suggest train stations!! This app is mainly to buy train tickets. Even though they would like to develop their business with hotels and other types of bookings you should primarily be able to book your train tickets easily. - when you enter the outbound date, the app should immediately jump to the return date. Here you enter the outbound date and you have to click on “return date” and then select the date. If it’s a one-way ticket that you want, you should be able to click in that option button- when you select a date, why the app displays trains the day before???Once again, a waste of time and too many clicks to get to what you want. - when you create an alert to get notified, despite the fact that you select all types of notifications, you only get notified through the in-app Notification Center. And therefore, you’re missing opportunities to book tickets This App has been poorly designed with UX and UI being not user friendly and intuitive. If I compare with the EUROSTAR app, SNCF Connect app stayed stuck in the 20th century…

This app is toxicity at its finest. Alert doesn’t remind you of the day of ticket release on time & hence reasonably priced tickets are gone in less than 10 mins making you pay a lot higher for the trains you are looking for (even when booked in advance! Go figure!) Carte Advantage is useless since it doesn’t cover non-weekend trips. (Is an expensive card gimmick) The AI bot is terrible & doesn’t answer any questions. The whole system at SNCF is flawed!
