The app is the worst streaming app ever. I was watching a live F1 race when suddenly it flashed a message saying “could not carry out transaction”. Nothing was done to resolve the issue. There was no issue regarding my Wifi it was just the app. It was extremely slow and I am very disappointed. Subscribing to the app was the most stupidest investment I have made. I feel sorry for anyone else who was enticed by their advertisements and decided to subscribe as well. This is really embarrassing for the company because despite being a well known channel in Asia they are unable to resolve minor bugs in their own app. I really regret wasting my money on this. Even customer service refuses to get back to me on my complaint. Please don’t download this app if you want you money’s worth because clearly this app is not worth it at all. Do not make the same mistake as me.

subscribed to bein to watch f1 as it’s $5 cheaper per month compared to singtel CAST and didn’t really like CAST anyway.

however, today’s incident made me really upset. as a ferrari fan, i was super excited to watch the italian grand prix but when i opened the app at 8.54pm sgt, the channels wouldn’t load and error messages kept appearing stating there were no live channels at the moment. i downloaded the app on another phone and logged into my account to be met with the same issue. i tried to excess the live from my tv and everything just wouldn’t load. same issue with my pc on google chrome and opera gx. really really upset and was looking forward to this race.

had to result to illegal websites to watch the race and as a result missed the race start. thanks a lot.

Login often does not work. Some matches don’t appears while they should be there (they appear later) and many other problems or bug. This application and BeIn Sport service is a shame.

This app has been the worst app i have ever seen for a few consecutive years. Congrats BeIn !

Update 2023: still the crapiest app ever. Often cannot log in, or crazy slow or you have many Ligue 1 matches missing.
