It's a good app. I'm now able to find out more about car parks surrounding the area that I'm going. However, I have difficulty opening the app to search for car park. I'm suspecting that it could be because of technical glitch. Perhaps the developer may like to look into it and rectify the problem.
Fine after iOS update
App worked fine after update. Easy to use as you can search by car park listing or nearby car park. There's also "Lot Availability" but I haven't used that one yet. Handy to use for comparison of car park rates on weekdays and weekends, peak and off-peak.

Hi bassicinstinct, we apologize for your experience. Could we check which device are you currently accessing this on, and the OS? Our dev team will need to run a test in the same environment to find the root cause.
Also, just incase - did your data settings for this app get turned off accidentally? Its Settings->Cellular/Mobile Data->Carpark Rates->Switch on. Some updates tend to be funny with the phones themselves.
Needs more refinement
The app works fine. However after so many years, it is long due for a UI refresh!! It will also be great if there is a function for users to submit new entry for carpark rates, either for updates or for new carparks. There is so much potential and it starts by refreshing its UI.
