App refuse to load/work, yet migration happens on 31 DEC 2025

Simply refuses to load, have checked that no Adguard DNS is on like the other review highlighted. Nothing should be blocking the connectivity/app. The OG Digi yellow app states that the migration is happening 31 DEC 2025. Make the app work first before even migrating??Now can’t pay my bills and it’s a pain to deal with. Is this some kind of joke?
Lost of data usage after install Celcom

I downloaded the CelcomDigi app. After that, I noticed 9GB of data was used, which was not from my usage.I thought it might be an error on my side, so I purchased another 9GB.However, when I checked again, I lost another 4GB, even though I did not open any apps or use mobile data actively.After I deleted the CelcomDigi app, my data usage returned to normal.I would like CelcomDigi to check and explain this issue, as the data usage does not reflect my actual usage.
Can’t Log In to CelcomDigi App with Prepaid Number

When launching the MyDigi Yellow App, it shows a message that the app will end in December 2025. However, the new CelcomDigi App doesn’t recognize my existing Digi prepaid number, so I’m unable to log in or access my account. Hope this can be fixed soon before the MyDigi app is phased out.

Hi Fellowes1. Could you please try logging in again using SSO and completing the verification process? Once done, kindly re-login via SSO. Upon approval of your verification, you will be granted full access to your account.
Half Baked Apps

Pros: NoneCons: 1)Apps is painfully slow . 2) Can’t access accounts fully as SSO is not working. 3)AI is rubbish.4) Laden with useless features.Conclusion: This is obviously half baked apps and we are the customers is their little test bench. The whole app’s developer should have been phase out instead cause us more headaches .
