Receive OTP many times but cannot login
The app is so stupid. After input membership and first-time password, it requires an OTP sent to your email, but after I input the OTP immediately, it always say invalid OTP, and required me to tap resend a new OTP. I have tried it many times but still cannot login. No idea why the app is so stupid
Seriously? How can you put some a lousy App live
Can’t submit a claim as it keeps saying No benefit available.
Even I want to submit an in-App query, there is a failure doing so - probably you guys are pretty ‘confident’ on your app usability as you didn’t receive any complaints.
