Can’t think of a single good thing to say about this app

Worst app I ever used. I normally don’t give reviews but the quality of the app (and the web experience) is so bad, I have to chalk out a good half of my day to review the claims. Nothing is in one place. If I need to check status of my claim, I can do this on the portal but if I need to see the further action required, I have to go to my email. I don’t think they understand the concept of customer service. For them, they have a checklist which they have gone through and said - oh yes, we provide all of this on our portal and haven’t actually bothered to really use it for themselves and see if it is user friendly. Plus it is awfully slow. As I said, can’t think of a single good thing about this app.

Rubbish app

So frustrating to use. Claims not appearing despite receiving prior confirmation. Consistent issues with submission. Irritating to have to scroll down a whole for country selection. Repeatedly checking and no idea if there is duplication. Also I’d like to be able to see outcome of a whole claim rather than it broken down in several parts - makes the user feel the need to keep checking which is so inefficient

Needs work

As others have said there are number of things that would make this app much more user friendly. Facial recognition or remembering password. I understand if you’re changing back accounts but having to add secondary confirmations every time I input a claim is annoying. Should allow more than one email as different family members may deal with medical claims. Lastly having your home country on top (or at least allowing you to type the country ) would be much better than having to scroll through a long list of countries every time . Easy fixes.
