Great Entertainment, some cost expected.
Very entertaining and fun catching real figures, plushies and products. Delivery is prompt and app is generally easy to navigate and search for the items u wanna catch.
Only issue is the customer feedback loop is practically non-responsive. Have logged 3 reports but still haven’t hear from any Toreba customer service team.
Impossible to win
I have spent over 170$ on a single machine, and it just doesn’t work. They mentioned the machine would have an assist function, but when I split it up and played over 3 different sessions, at no point did I see any prompt for the assist function at all. Waste of time and money. Also, the machines keep having the maintainence sign when you are playing halfway, and when you reach out for help, there is no reply for the help center? Overall most disappointing claw machine app.
They have a promo now saying if you use TP the claw will be stronger than using ticket, but they don’t even reposition the prize let alone change the claw! What rubbish set up is this!
An addiction - but I like it!
Though some machines are incredibly rigged, with some time invested you can really get to win some pretty cool prizes - sometimes even for free. I think as long as you are able to hold back on topping up you can still win more than you’ve paid.
However I do think it’s only worth it IF the free shipping campaign is on, if not it does get even pricier. Overall a great game and I would recommend.
