Hi,

I like to feedback that the game is good for relaxing your mind and sometimes to tease your friends by robbing their gold or attack but the characters on each village gets more and more expensive to upgrade as you move along. It is not easy to consolidate into many billions, not to mention hundreds of billions or even go to trillions to upgrade a character as the level increases. I am aware we can make purchase to aid the game but this is not the way the game should be played. I hope the game app developer can consider reviewing the entire game by reducing the amount drastically to like max up to 10 billion the most to upgrade each character as the level increases.

Also for starting no. of spins, please review to give at least 1000 or maybe 500 spins for a start, otherwise how do you expect the player to roll into millions or many billions to upgrade each character. 140 spins max is too less to play.

Since 1/1/22, my apps was unable to see my Team chest Events activity-such as requested message & contribution of spin & card. Initially when there’s a message, it’s loading & hang there, I have to force close the game, refresh again, but can’t see anything from the team page. I was told by support team to clear cache, clear memory, deleted other unwanted Apps, photo & etc. I even deleted Coin Master Apps & re-install again. Sad to say the problem still exists. I just updated the latest version but still can’t fix the problem. Sigh

i really enjoy playing this game. But at some point, my wifi is perfectly fine but the game says that it’s not connected and i have to keep on going to my settings and reconnect my wifi. But when i enter the game back, it repeatedly says that it’s not connected.(MY WIFI IS PERFECTLY FINE)

That’s one, another problem is that. When i get to attack someone, I can’t attack my one particular friend (as in like revenge, cause she attacked me a lot of time) ,it will say “couldn’t connect to wifi, please try again” . But when i change the ‘revenge’ to someone else,it’s perfectly fine. it’s not fair that my friend is able to attack me but I can’t attack her back. It’s really annoying. Please fix it as soon as possible.
