Do not believe in their sales gimmicks. Courts are advertising discounts on their online store when they don’t even have stock of the items. They just blatantly continue to sell items that they do not possess in stock and subsequently uses delay tactics to postpone delivery of item.

They don’t even have the courtesy to inform customers that they do not have the said item in stock on their online stock prior to purchase. They will only inform customer on the DAY OF DELIVERY that item is out of stock and delivery needs to be rescheduled. Even after 2 weeks of checking back with them they can’t even give an update on when item will be back in stock and when will customer be able to receive item! Unbelievable..

Even after requesting cancellation of the online order, they still continue to delay the refund process. And the customer service staff even raised her voice when im requesting for her to put up urgent request for refund to my cc else i would have to pay the cc company two thousand over dollars upfront for something i did not and will not receive!

Extremely disappointing service. Buyer please beware before purchase!!

It may seemed a steal with their attractive promotion during special occasion like 10-10. I was stupid enough to buy multiple times and get disappointed. There is no confirmation of the delivery date after you paid online. And when you call the customer service, they will tell you that they need to check and you are lucky if you eventually get your goods delivered after 3 weeks or longer.

The app crashed multiple times at exactly the spot when I entered my credit card details. When the app was re-launched, the cart was emptied by the crashes. So, I decided to read the reviews here and found out about possible gimmick by Courts advertising an item that is out of stock. Not going ahead with the purchase and will be deleting this app.
