What happened to normal mode? What's with the awful enemy scaling?
This update is fine but it still leave a lot to be desired.
Infinite mode should be a separate feature that you unlock after completing normal mode, not the main feature of the game.
Also, what's up with the crazy scaling. A battle with a normal knight/paladin can go on for 10mins or more if you are unlucky.
Enemy healing is annoying as hell when they have high armor and shield rolls (a.k.a Knights) and turns the fight into a battle of attrition with both sides making minor progress.
This is even worse when the boss has healing as they now have over-buffed hp. An example is the world 2, lv1 boss. That boss has 10k hp and my attack barely reached 500.
That usual won't be a problem, except when the boss has heals and occasionally power-up. Did I mention that all your stats are reset when entering the next world..
If you are going to have an infinite dungeon, at least have our stats carry over to the next world or have the enemy scaling reset along with our stats.
Even better yet, give us an option to choose which world we want to enter.
The only good thing from this update is probably the new equips are nice and sets. But even those can't save you from the awful scaling
P.S. Soda dungeon got it right. They have a very robust dungeon system that allows people to select their entry level and farm for their equip.
Great title and time killer
This game is a great time killer which got me hooked up mainly due to the RNG genre and the classic pixel art. I would give the game a 8/10 with 1 point deducted due to the limited variety of items and 1 point deducted due to the short story. Under 2.5 hours of casual playing, I completed the game and there was no continuation with restarting left as the only option. However, I enjoyed the game and I recommend it to you guys who like chance games. Hope to see an update on another game mode or continuation of the story!
Pretty interesting game
A pretty interesting game. Easily completed if you put some effort and time in though. I personally went for the Medicas and Vamp Build, and only had trouble at stage 5. Rolled through the other bosses so I might farm the items for other build. Hope to see an update for this game soon! :)
