การเข้าถึงแอปพิเคชั่น ง่ายสะดวกรวดเร็ว แต่ยังไม่ได้ลองจองคิวใช้งานจริง แต่คิดว่ามีประโยชน์มากๆโดยปกติเคยไปต่อใบขับขี่กับกรมการขนส่งเมื่อ 10 ปีก่อน ก็ค่อยข้างประทับใจอยู่แล้ว เพราะการทำงานรวดเร็ว รวมถึงมีบุคคลากรเพียงพอ ยิ่งพอมีแอปเราคิดว่าจะทำให้การทำงานราบรืทนมากยิ่งขึ้น
