Description
This mobile application is brought to you by the Health Sciences Authority, a Singapore Government Agency. DonateBlood allows you to schedule an appointment for blood donation in Singapore, fill in the donor health assessment questionnaire, update personal particulars, access information on blood donation, locate a blood bank, request for blood mobile drive information and receive news related to blood donation.

1) Donation type will now be auto defaulted to the last donation type.
2) Added appointment details for confirmation
3) Fixed an issue where no internet connection is constantly prompted in iOS.
4) Fixed an issue where application crashes when selecting a date on Mobile Drives.
Ratings and Reviews
Keep having to log in
The app is pretty basic but it’s ok. The only gripe is I have to keep logging in via SingPass every time I tap the app. All my other apps don’t require this so often. Any workaround?

Not robust enough
The app is ok and easy to navigate. The issue I have is almost every time I have to try at least twice to log in as a pop-up message appears saying that the internet connection cannot be established yet my internet is working fine. It goes also for using 5G. It is frustrating and having to use every time my SingPass to log I am concerned that I might be locked out for security reasons. Also, once I do manage to log in, and when I choose the appropriate donation type a white blank screen keeps appearing and there is no other way to come out of unless I swipe up and have to start all over again with the propbles explained above. My iPhone is up-to-date with the latest iOS version.
Please look at this as a matter of priority.

If you are still in the experimenting stage, it’d be nice to not make the app public.
The only option to check your details or make an appointment is through their website. This app doesn’t even allow you to log in. A complete waste of time. Hoping to see improvement and I’ll come back to this as I strongly believe an app could possibly make a huge difference in experience.
