User interface is simple and friendly to use, but not family friendly as it doesn’t allow you to add dependents into account. Hence if you have elderly or kids who do not have email account, you have to create new email account just to create new DA account for them. And so everytime you teleconsult for different family members you have to logout and login to another acct. First the hassle to create new email and new acct, then another hassle to have to frequently logout and login to diff acct for diff dependents.

There are many other teleconsultation app that allows creation of dependents under the same account.

I strongly do not recommend this Doctor Anywhere app. The medication cost is way much higher than those at the usual pharmacy! I understand there is price difference between different medical brands. However, using this app, I have no choice but to either purchase the expensive medicines from their platform or waste the consultation fee for nothing (note that total time spent through video consultation was less than 3 min consultation, including the verification). There are no available options to opt for a prescription letter, even for the chronic disease such as hypertension. Is this the way the company make fast profit from consumers by overcharging? I wrote to the support team and there was no follow up on my queries despite my several reminders after two days! Is this the way Doctor Anywhere treat their customer? After this incident, I did survey and realised there are a few similar apps out there, which offers prescription letters for chronic disease. So, please think twice before using this app! Hope this write up can help others from repeating the same mistake that I have gone through.

Your staff has ZERO urgency to attend to check on status update when there was an error on the app for payment issue. The app is buggy, asked to make payment and it was successful then when I check on my app to see why have my order not arrived, I saw error message to say no history details available. Then I called your staff, who told me if the payment is successful she will not call me back. Guess what? She didn’t. I called again because my kid by now would have waited 4-5 hours. Then only she responded after my second call 1 hour later. Why to check payment status need to take 1 hour? Do your staff even know what service line they are in? I’m not buying a bag or a wallet, I’m buying medication for a sick person.

Your app is not friendly, I have 4 children and 2 adults so I have to create 6 different emails just to access your app to see a doctor because it needed 6 profiles?
