Not able to log in
I have already registered an account and new apps not able to log in even I click on forget password a few times, I did not receive any email to reset password. I tried to register a new account but my email address cannot re-use. Please fix it.
This app has not been working for several months
As the title says. Please let me know if there is a solution. When I receive a notification about something, I launch the app and find that the app just keep loading forever and shows nothing - on both instances of wifi and 4G. Coupons, purchase history and points whatever information cannot be seen. What is the point of the sales notification and the points when I can’t even access the data / information? The previous version before we changed to this very slow and ineffective version was fast and gets the minimal job done which really makes me question the change. On top of that when the change over to this app took place it lost all over my previous purchase information which I had used the app to track - very infuriating.
Unable to use your app for a long time!!nobody at store can rectify problem??
I am regular at Novena donki & have accumulated a lot points & rewards but reflected is still old accumulative data not updated
It’s so frustrating everytime I ask your store people they ask me to delete & reload but when I try do that they say all previous data & accurate will be deleted??
It’s been ding dong since November last year can someone rectify this issue quickly
Everytime I shop it reflects I have gained so many points but on my app still show old rewards not updated & I can utilise my rewards or redeem coupons etc even your cashiers say they don’t know??so who do I escalate to??
