I’ve met very nice people on the job who are nice by nature at multiple jobs & has nothing to do with the app but from the companies themselves. 2 stars just solely for that. If you can work, people will see that & you will have a job no matter where you go. The team at EL Connect is beyond atrocious & I wouldn’t be the only one who’s had incidences or trouble with them. They could probably contend for the worse humanity & business models while running a people business. Their team members are trained like robots with no flexibility or empathy, your typical sit behind the desk dead. If you require support via ticket, nothing happens until you push over & over again. Their policies are also there for show since they don’t adhere to it firmly & decide when to do what to charge you extra for their own earning. Use at your own risk or better yet, try other apps & don’t even bother unless you want drama because they don’t like drama & will want to rid of you. After seeing their reviews & my experience here, it’s suspicious to see so many good ones when word of mouth is terrible especially through their experiences or when they got hurt at work & needed to hound support tickets for insurance etc after supporting ample proof even on company chats.
