EL Connect - Job Platform 4+

I was searching for jobs where i can be flexible since i am still schooling. Through this app, I find myself able to take on jobs on my non schooling days without much hassle. On the odd days where there’s some problem with the app, they are prompt at fixing it once you contact them via whatsapp or email. They follow up with you and make sure everything is fine. Definitely recommend anyone that wants a daily paid job.

Awesome and trustworthy app. I found a few part time jobs from the app and it was easy to navigate and apply. Cash out was easy after shift too. Would 100% recommend it for people who doesnt want to work full time and work as and when. I have recommended a few of my friends and love the perks for referral. Friendly staff member who have assist me when i ran into technical issue with my old phone.

Although you are able to apply for a job, it takes days or even weeks (in my case) for the employer to see your application and decide whether they want to accept it. Worst case scenario, they accept you 2 days before the start of the job that you have applied to 2 weeks ago and then on the day itself they cancel. Yep it happens!

How you(developers) can make the app better?

Since employers are already looking for people to hire, why not make the application instantly accepted instead of having to wait for the employer to bring up El Connect and accept the freelancer's application. We both know Employers and Employees... El connect support staffs ahem ahem don't have much time on their hands.
