Thank you for using the ERP app. It depends on the time when you check the app and you drive pass the gantry, another way is to check what time the gantry starts its operation and the ERP charge at different timing.

The information was pulled from LTA. Do email us for more information if it happens again, which gantry and the timing so we can escalate and inform LTA. Thanks using and rectifying the issue.
Not updated, charged for incorrect info
Got charged for a gantry that the app showed not in operation.
