Ratings and Reviews
Many times. Nobody informed ‘Out of stock’ on the items that I ordered. Although The order that will be sent to me show the stock item. I Always have to call to check after their deliveries.
Today, email and text message show my order is on the way. After a Long wait, I called and found out my order had been cancelled due to some technical issue. Nobody in Fairprice bother to call and inform. I had been waiting for the order as one of the item I ordered urgently need to used. Only a simply apologise and ask me to order again and they can only deliver the earliest that is next Monday!
I spent $500 to S$600 a month in Fairprice and what I get in return is many disappointment.
Leaving me no choice but to turn other supermart to buy my things.

Providing a good experience is our priority and we would like to find out more about the issue regarding app crashes when using search function. Unresponsive Shopping lists
Recent updates resulted in very unresponsive shopping lists. Be it adding or removing items from customized shopping lists by clicking the “love/heart” icon, it doesn’t register, at times need to try 3-5 times before the “heart” icon changes its state. Even when it does, half the time it only added the item to 1 of the 2 intended lists. There are occasions when it was added to one of the non-selected lists and not added to the intended ones totally. Removing items when inside a shopping list used to work fine by clicking the red heart and it will be wipe off the current shopping list, now it just give a blank dialog box pop up, and remains in the list. This shopping list feature used to be a helpful quick add to shopping cart but now am spending more time struggling time using it. Tried to delete ALL list thinking it’s my account issue, removing/reinstalling the app doesn’t help. Hopefully can get this fix for a better online experience for all shoppers.
Room for improvement
I have no problem using this App. I am a regular buyer for years from various online grocery Apps namely Redmart, Giant, Sheng Siong, Honestbee and Prime. Though the one disappointing experience is the fresh chicken range is always out of stock 9 out of 10 times when I was going to check out. I wish I could have known it earlier. After spending a long time browsing and finalising my list without the chicken (I usually need to order 4-6 chickens) means I either had to give up my order or order part from here then go to another site to order the chickens. It’s also disappointing that there are no fresh pork and seafood.
