Worse customer experience. This company make a mistake in calculating the air ticket pricing and cause me to miss my flight. I have called this hotline which on average needs at least 30 mins of waiting. The customer team ping pong the request around to other team which handles the refund. The worse customer support provided even thought I have purchased the customer support package. Avoid at all cost.

Last min cancellation of flight booked!

Wasting my time to book through the flights, paid, and to realize last min before flying that my order has been cancelled n refunded. Booking of flights on a last min basis can be costly n ended up I paid $1400 in extra! Total waste of time n money using this App! I should have seen the other review that is similar in nature earlier to prevent the same mistake!!!

My flight was cancelled last min without reason and I requested for refund and it has been over a month and their response is always that they already requested refund from the airline. They are the middleman yet nothing is done to hasten my refund,never going to use their service again.
