By the time that franchisee calls a franchise attorney, the first thing the attorney asks for is a record - and most franchisees don't have one.
Franchwell is that record. It is a contemporaneous franchise-dispute organizer for U.S. franchisees, built to document the gap between what a franchisor promised - in the Franchise Disclosure Document, in training, in support, in territory - and what was actually delivered, then assemble a dated fact timeline for a franchise attorney or arbitration.
It is not a franchise-management or site-selection tool. It is the franchisee's side of the record.

HOW THE DATA IS HANDLED
Records live on the franchisee's iPhone. Franchwell connects to no external data source and keeps everything - including any attached photos - in the app on the device. Because it is stored on the device, the record is included in a standard iPhone backup (iCloud Backup or Finder). It is a record-keeping and reference tool.
