The App aims to promote relaxation of tensed muscles. It has been observed in experiments that when tensed muscles are loosened many pains diminished specially in the lower limbs.
The App is for use by club members only who will be given individual mantra in confidence. Two months after launch in the App Store new members will be invited via YouTube.
The blue circle has calming effect while the mantra is for concentration so the mind does not wander to other thoughts.
The state of relaxation is achieved by 20 to 30 minutes meditation. In a quiet dimly lit space the member who is seated will stare at the blue circle for two minutes. Then he will close his eyes and start chanting the mantra. Slowly the muscles will slacken.
Results will vary.
