Proceed with caution

While the app gives 3% interest daily, it will lock your funds and suspend you from making transfer any time any day with any reason they deem fit. I was notified that my funds can only be transfered after 12 hours due to "security reason" cos apparently I have changed my device without me knowing! Obviously a glitch! I am using the exact same device since day 1 and have gone through another round of mykad validation yet my funds are still locked for 12 hours. Reached out to the in app chat team also couldn't help and kept repeating security reason. /rolleyes
