Not well designed

I paid an Airtel bill in June. I do not want to enable smartpay and want to pay every month myself. But the app refuses to allow me. It is trying to force me to pay the same amount as the previous bill or wants to enable smart pay!! Surely the designers are not thinking thru these things properly. Anecdotally have heard strong complaints about this app from other friends too. Hope it gets sorted out soon.

HDFC App not working

From quite sometime, there is a error that “for your own safety we don’t allow users to use Jailbroken phones to access our app”. This has been going on for quite sometime a glitch which HDFC care less to fix. All our iPhones are not able to access the app even though they are not Jail broken - I don’t even know even if that is possible on iPhones. We usually end up transferring money to other banks for this issue.

I hope someone will read this and act upon it. Don’t know how can HDFC continue to operate with such a significant issues on their app.

Frustrated because of OTP fail!

You guys seriously gotta do something about the OTPs. Please find a better OTP service. I am an NRE account customer. I never get OTP whenever I try to do some emergency fund transfer neither via SMS or in email.
