Also, after signing up, I’m told it’ll take 3 to 5 days for my signup to be processed! In other words, can’t use the app until they tell you you can. That’s just so slow.

In case anyone can’t create account because it keeps rejecting credentials, your USERID also needs to have numbers, which they didn’t specify.And why does it need your marital status etc so much info and declaration of tax status for anyone who may not even have an account with them?If I didn’t need to keep track of my loan, I would have given up long ago.
