Can’t update although request to do so
When try to access the App, message shows to update the App. When click on the “Update” button and try to update, it links to App Store can only “open” the App, which go back to the same page with message to ask me update the App. It resulted me neither access the App nor update the App. Very confused. 😟

Disgusting app and company
An app that will give u difficulties when viewing statements. This app will also be your only option to activate replacement cards but first u need to add the card on the app. But there is no option for u to add a card. Next when u call their customer service during office hour. Nobody picks up and they tell u to leave a voice message. They promise to call u back within the next working day but they never will return your call. Then when u decide to raise a feedback in their app, u will end up in an error page after you painfully typed your story. I wonder if the company is still ard?
