It has been a good experience with home+. Saves the trouble of carrying and tapping a physical card, face recognition works generally well and visitors are handled well too. Thank you for the good product and look forward to continued improvement and great features.

Only 3 functions, 2 of which do not work. Calls from visitors always received by the phone, not the Home+ app, which has to be opened manually. App will not respond to ‘hang up’ command; app stays open and the only fix is to restart the phone. ‘Gate open’ command seems to work, but no confirmation the gate has actually opened. Beta software, not market ready. Poor.
