Can be better in the shortcuts app
It’s great that the app is able to create shortcuts but I realise when I try to group it, it can’t be found when I was editing. I hope developers can rectify the issue so that I will look neater
Number of issues to be taken care by developer
1. Slow to load
2. The detection is delayed. It gives notification but there is nobody outside. Person has already left.
3. Notifications are not accurate. Quite a few are missed out. Some are false alarm - see point 2.
4. Worst of the lot - there is no way to stop low power alarm. Have changed all kind of settings, uninstalled and reinstalled again and again. Nothing happens. Even lowering the power alarm does not work. Finally had to remove the app as it is of no use.
Easy to set up and link to Google Home!
For a home-grown Singapore company, this is very impressive. Across all the smart home devices I’ve gotten, aside from Hue, this is the easiest I’ve had to set up (App and Device), and link to Google Home. Instructions are clear. App is solid. Keep up the good work!! 🇸🇬!
