Leave application

The date from snd end selection is very difficult capture, must try and error many times. Applicant must very careful in applying before submitting for approval especially when you are going for overseas leave. There was an incident that my leave was approved and notice the date end was wrong, must apply for cancellation first and get approved then you are allow to reapply before go overseas. As approved also take time to sync in E-HR task caused delay before fly off.

Still broken after the new launch

App is a buggy mess. Just a list of errors seen without even trying: - Under actions, saw 1 outstanding item on Personal Particulars, clicking it leads to a blank screen. Other times, it loads the screen halfway with no indication on what’s required. - when clicking dashboard from this side menu, it takes you to a browser version of One NS FROM INSIDE THE APP and then tells you that this action is only available on the mobile app when you’re already on the mobile app. Clearly no major thought has been done to the UX and it’s just been pumped out mindlessly chock full of bugs and barely functional.

Suggestions to enhance

Transport claims - currently ‘Add as Favourite’ has little utility as we cannot use this saved Favourite to shorten similar claims subsequently. Suggest allow a saved Favourite to be chosen when Add Trip, and only need to update the Date/Time and other applicable variables

Lag time for each drop down selection - the entire duration taken to do 4 similar destination claims was 5 mins. Due to repetitive clicking of same things, and lag during selection of each drop-down menu option
