Still broken after the new launch
App is a buggy mess. Just a list of errors seen without even trying: - Under actions, saw 1 outstanding item on Personal Particulars, clicking it leads to a blank screen. Other times, it loads the screen halfway with no indication on what’s required. - when clicking dashboard from this side menu, it takes you to a browser version of One NS FROM INSIDE THE APP and then tells you that this action is only available on the mobile app when you’re already on the mobile app. Clearly no major thought has been done to the UX and it’s just been pumped out mindlessly chock full of bugs and barely functional.
Horrible app that is buggy 99% of the time
This claims app OneNS thing has so many updates that actually made it from bad to worst!!! The claims done on osn was so much faster. I just spent 40mins keying in my claims, it was saved but somehow magically disappeared and the app gave the screen of death that ops something went wrong page. This happened outside of the maintenance window. There were occasions I tried to submit claims but missed the window due to technical issues like that and did not manage to claim. Please fix this asap, it has been like that since the release of this OneNS

Suggestions to enhance
Transport claims - currently ‘Add as Favourite’ has little utility as we cannot use this saved Favourite to shorten similar claims subsequently. Suggest allow a saved Favourite to be chosen when Add Trip, and only need to update the Date/Time and other applicable variables
Lag time for each drop down selection - the entire duration taken to do 4 similar destination claims was 5 mins. Due to repetitive clicking of same things, and lag during selection of each drop-down menu option
