Singpass agree button on consent page missing at profile sync

Clicking on profile, I am directed to login singpass which I did successfully and it asks for consent to sync data from all the different agencies by clicking the ‘Agree’ button but this button is missing in the page after scrolling all the way down.

On pinching and zoom in, I could see the button but could not activate the button... seems to be the app browser resolution issue... how can this be fixed? Tried putting my text size to smallest but no difference.

More like a landing page, still requires multiple logins

I tried LifeSG because of the many banners advertising it in the OneService app - thought perhaps I should see if this one app can replace the several on my phone for the various government agency-related tasks I do. However, it seems to function more like a landing page linking out to the various other apps?

For eg, I was required to login w Singpass when I open LifeSG, but had to login again for OneService reporting (which was a simplified but less user-friendly version of the full OneService app). Then, when I tried checking medical appointments, I was redirected (presumably to HealthHub) to login again. So I’m opening an app and logging in, only for it to open another app and ask me to sign in again.

I guess it might work well as a discovery tool for someone who is clueless about the range of government services and apps out there. But if you know what you need, probably a better bet to just go directly to the specific app.

Dear shining1234567, thank you for your feedback. Due to security reasons, when accessing other services of other agencies, you may be required to login through Singpass again. With regards to logging in again to submit a case, kindly reach out to us at helpdesk@life.gov.sg so that we may gather more information to investigate this issue.

Still Crashing on every launch

- Update 2:
Utter disappointment, been more than 2 months since iOS 16 beta is out in June (4th public beta released today 16th Aug) and LifeSg is still crashing consistently.

This is a fundamental issue but lacked commitment by the team to resolve it. Should take a leaf from how quickly SingPass mobile fixed its compatibility with iOS 16.

I had to borrow a friend’s phone to download and redeem the NS55 credits, and have since given up and deleted the LifeSg app today.

Govtech management needs to beef up the engineering standards towards its claimed vision.

Update:
App is still crashing consistently even after iOS 16 preview and public beta 2 were released almost 2 months ago! This is just a simple app that comprises mainly bookmark links to webpages, and it makes me wonder how bad the engineering standards of Govtech is to can’t even fix a simple issue.

Even my bookmarks in Safari loads much faster than this app. Will just opt for the physical NS55 vouchers instead of waiting in vain.

App is simply unusable, opens and crashes constantly. Unable to redeem credits.

iOS 16 preview has been out since early June and several of us are already using it. SingPass mobile fixed its compatibility shortly, while it’s been more than a month and nothing from the LifeSg developers to even address this. Quite an inconsistency and disappointment with govtech.
