Fun but there’s bug :(

Loved the game, it’s so one of a kind and addicting!! However, I got disconnected from the game after I made a purchase of a house in Phoenix costing $200k, and that purchase was written off after I got connected again so my $200k was gone without owning the house! Is there a way to refund my cash back??

Hi siiiiisiiiii - sorry you experienced that bug! It's pretty isolated, but we're still working on a permanent fix in the next update. In the meantime, we do have a manual fix; please contact us in-game under the Help button in the Settings menu and we'll restore your account. Just mention your App Review name and that you're writing from Singapore, and we'll expedite the issue. Thanks for the generous 4-star review, and we hope we can improve it to 5-stars soon!

Fun, buggy, interesting concept

Feels more like a playable alpha than a finished game. Several tasks seem unbalanced in terms of the actual task versus the amount of resources and time needed. As you move from city to city, the cost and time needed for the same task increases even though the size of the room seems to stay the same. Very illogical. Connection can be bad, with some lag between gameplay and the server, which results in constant disconnects and when you reconnect some actions may have been undone due to the device not updating the server. Currently writing this review after encountering an issue in Salt Lake City whereby I sold a house, got the Tycoon achievement for having $500,000, went to an open house to find my next property, tried to collect resources from the tree, and suddenly lost about 200 hearts and $400,000. Relogging the game resulted in the loss still being present but the Tycoon achievement became available once again. A lot of time wasted on this game. That said, a very fun casual game, which could have a lot of potential if the bugs were ironed out. Also, the ‘minigames’ mentioned in the update notes have yet to materialise.

So many lags

I just started playing and right after I finished the tutorial the game has been lagging non-stop. I cant even play the game because the lags make me stuck on the loading screen or even just the white screen before the game starts.I really like the concept of the game though so i hope you can fix this as soon as possible
