HR In Your Pocket (HIP) is a mobile app designed to provide access to HR-related information and services.
HIP facilitates candidates and job seekers in their job search and view the career opportunities at OCBC Bank.
For employees, HIP allows you to apply for leave on the go, submit and track the status of your medical and lifestyle expense reimbursement claims, browse internal job postings for new career opportunities, and much more! You can also ask the app's in-built chatbot HR-related questions and get an instant response.
Developed in-house based on your needs, HIP allows employees to interact with HR anytime and anywhere in a convenient and user-friendly manner.

The app’s registration mandates the usage of Face ID while my iPhone’s Face ID hardware is damaged.
So I can’t use the app now. Can you please consider adding the feature to allow user to use manual login via PIN, or username/password? Thanks!
Always having error
Error / clash is very often. When you wanna submit a claim, after you fill in everything, you find out there is an error; when you wanna write a feedback through the app, after you write everything, it doesn’t allow you; when you wanna send an enquiry through the app feature, after you write everything, there is always error! This is really frustrated. Hope this can be fixed soon.
It would be great if we can retrieve our payslip/ request for payslip through the app.
Most frustrating app
I was not able to access my wellness benefits in this app for a whole month. It was finally fixed on 16 dec. Today, 18 dec, I can’t access it again and unable to view panel clinics or access medical card.
When I write feedback I’m also unable to submit it. When I remove all the comments, I can then submit the empty feedback box.
