New screen is not user friendly
The new app version is not user friendly. When you want to select from dropdown for receiver, half of mobile screen goes with keyboard and there is no scroll bar to go at down. So can’t select the bottom name. Please enhance the user experience. Earlier screens was nice and quick.
Fast and high rate
I tried one urgent transfer on public holiday in singapore. I initiate transfer at 9 PM and was only expecting the transaction to complete next working day however to my suprise it was completed within one hour on same day. destination account was credited by 10 PM. Rate also is better compared to DBS which i use generally. Thumbs up for an excellent service Singx team.
OTP is broken
I like to stagger my remittance amounts. That means I would set up multiple transfer requests. I need to wait for OTP. But OTP for more than 2 transactions is slow as hell. If you don't fix it, I'll have to take my business to different platform.
