’m leaving a negative rating for the following reasons:• The app performs very slowly—it frequently freezes, especially when toggling music or dragging video clips. Even hitting the play button causes delays before playback begins. • While the templates are visually appealing, rendering and processing takes far too long. What used to take me just 30 minutes in previous versions now takes nearly half a day to complete. • The overall editing experience feels frustrating and inefficient due to significant lag and delays ranging from 15 to 35 seconds. • I’m also unable to reapply saved or favorited music. The sound often cuts off at the end of the video, and despite multiple attempts to fix it by re-saving or adjusting, the issue persists. If these problems are not resolved by the end of the day, I’ll be canceling my subscription. It feels like I’ve invested in the wrong app—I’d rather switch to CapCut or other platforms that offer smoother and faster editing experiences.

I found out about Filmora when I asked my best friend about what editing software he uses for his Minecraft videos, and he told me that software is Filmora. Ever since I moved into Filmora, making videos with whatever edits I want, especially multiple texts, has been made easier when compared to iMovie.
No access despite payment deducted

I’ve downloaded and paid for a full year of service but i realised I wasn’t given access to the premium features I paid for. Contacted customer service and they couldn’t find my payment record despite money being deducted from my credit card. I asked for a refund because they clearly have problem and I was still not given access to the material I paid for. They refused as they view it as “not a technical issue” but how is not being able to log in not a technical issue? I’ve lost all confidence in them and please don’t purchase if you are ever considering.
