I’ve been a premium user since almost a year ago, but have not been using the app so regularly as some of the functions were limited. Fast forward to now, am pleasantly surprised that the transfers function finally includes the synced bank accounts that have been added to the wallet! This is going to save so much hassle organizing transactions across a number of accounts. Happy that the developers made improvements based on user feedback.Perhaps a further improvement for the transfers would be for the app to automatically identify the transaction in the corresponding account the amount was transferred to/from. Also to add the ability to exclude transactions from all reports :)

Been using other budgeting apps for years. Thinking to try a replacement for a refresh look because my previous apps stayed the same for too long. :-) tried several apps and found this one suit me the best. I like the interface and the amount of configuration available and able to make it work the way I want. Tried for less than a day and decided to pay for lifetime subscription.The only gripes I have is the way to add record. I want the operation to add record to be as simple as possible (least amount of click), so I created template for all my frequently used categories. The problem is the template selection button is at the top right corner of the screen, making it impossible to enter with single hand. I would like to recommend to have an option to change the behaviour of the plus button. After clicking the plus button, show a list of template (maybe most frequently used at the bottom so that easier to select, or make it configurable). This way I can easily add an entry single handed.

I have used this app for more than 3 years. With the Income/Expense Template feature & the Income/Expense Planning feature, tedious data inputs are significantly reduced for routine incomes & expenses. However, if the same template & planning features can be extended to not just incomes & expenses but also transfers, then tedious data inputs for routine transfers can also be reduced.While this app is great for keeping track of expenses & income, I can’t really use it to track my net worth. I have to use a separate spreadsheet for tracking my net worth.

…SCAM ALERT…I had been a lifetime premium user. When one of my bank data was not being refreshed, I contacted their support and they suggested me to unsync and resync the bank. When I do that, the data becomes duplicated by adding the same bank again. The solution from their support is simply deleting the old bank account. But my old bank account had more data which was not imported after the bank as synced again as a new bank. And new bank account will add the same data again. So the statistics would be a mess and incorrect. When I explained the problem to support, they suggested solutions like manually deleting the duplicate data one by one. Then why did I bought the lifetime premium? Every time bank won’t refresh, I have to go through this weird and impossible manual data processing? So when I asked for refund they said they have a policy for refunding within 48 hours. So bottom line is I paid fully for the lifetime premium, I can’t use the app properly and they won’t fix the broken app. It’s just a SCAM.
